IMPECCABLE STANDARDS AND MODERN DESIGN
AR Homes is a recognized and respected leader in building custom, luxury homes in the Indianapolis area. The team continues its fine tradition of building award-winning homes, all featuring authentic architectural detailing and styling from Cottage to Modern to French Country. With outstanding construction standards, their proven, streamlined process brings efficiency and ease to the custom home building experience.
In 2022, AR Homes partnered with The Glass House Gallery for their show home entry in the Home-A-Rama showcase at Chatham Hills. “We always love to be a part of Home-A-Rama,” says Scott Bates, owner of AR Homes by Christopher Scott. “It is a great opportunity to showcase our work and what our talented team and partners can create.”
A quintessential example of AR Homes’ impeccable standard, the home blends earthy elements with sophisticated modern design. The exterior finishes in natural stone and wood are balanced by a thoughtfully curated selection of sleek windows and doors. Stepping through the front door, the airy floating glass and metal staircase echoes the clean lines of the windows and doors.
DELIVERING INNOVATION
These days, clients building luxury custom homes want more. More glass. More light. More views. More cutting-edge style. So, builders, designers, and architects continue to push the envelope. The Glass House Gallery helps take things to the next level by sourcing innovative products or finding a custom solution.
Delivering high-visual impact, The Glass House Gallery created a unique open-corner glass door system, which leads to the rear deck of the Home-A-Rama home. Overlooking hole 15 of the Chatham Hills golf course, this innovative use of glass offers stunning vistas year-round. The large expansive windows allow the natural light to enhance the expertly crafted interior details that make this home truly unique.
“Our goal is to partner with builders and architects to source whatever they are trying to design,” says Cori Brown, Owner and CEO of The Glass House Gallery.
AR Homes, with the help of The Glass House Gallery, has created a modern midwestern refuge that embodies warmth and ease in artful style. Around each corner, you will find distinctive spaces in the home to relax with windows designed to take full advantage of the view.
“One of my overall favorite things about this home and its many characteristics is that it is not only a place of refuge with its warmth and ease but it is intentionally designed to be a great place for friends and family to gather,” says Sharon Freeman, Designer with AR Homes. “With stunning golf course views from the expansive windows, you can play 18 holes in the comfort of your very own exclusive country club.”
Builders need vendor partners like The Glass House Gallery when it comes to delivering on their promises of impeccable standards, a smooth efficient process, and cutting-edge design.
